Q:  What are the minimum order quantities on your domestic headwear?

A:  72 pieces per style/color.  Anything else will require a Less Than Minimum charge per cap.

Q:  Do you have caps in stock?

A:  No, all of our domestic headwear is made to order.

Q:  What is the production time on domestic orders?

A:  Our standard production time is 4-6 weeks after receiving any approvals that are needed.

Q:  Do you carry an import stock?

A:  No, all of our import items are ordered in.  This requires an inbound freight charge to be added to orders.

Q:  Do you have an in house embroidery department?

A:  Yes.  If the artwork is not provided, there may be digitizing fees applied.

Q:  Can I be set up on Net 30 day terms?

A:  Yes, however Net 30 day terms are based on approved credit.  Other payment options are checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Q:  Will I be able to cancel my order if needed?

A:  All cancellations and/or changes in orders must be in writing and faxed/emailed to Mad Hatter.  Once an order is entered into production, there will be a cancellation fee.

Q:  Is it possible to put a rush on my order?

A:  Rush orders will be accommodated when possible for an additional charge per order.

Q:  Will you drop ship my order to separate addresses?

A:  Yes, we can, however there will be an additional charge per each address.
